Four ways to pay
| Method | Where | Accepted | Posts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cash, debit or credit card | Any store | All loans | Immediately |
| Debit card | Online account | All loans | Same day |
| Bank transfer (ACH) | Online account | All loans | 1–2 business days |
| Autopay | Set up online or in store | Monthly loans | On the due date |
There is no fee for any payment method, including credit cards. Autopay can be turned off any time; we send a reminder two days before each draft.
Paying early
Allowed on every loan with no penalty. On installment, personal, bad credit and consolidation loans, interest stops on the payoff date — the earlier you pay, the less you owe. On payday, title and pawn loans the period charge is fixed, so paying early clears the loan but doesn't reduce the fee. Ask for a payoff quote in store or in your online account; it's good for the day it's issued.
Moving a due date
On monthly loans, call before the date and we can move a payment once per loan at no charge. On payday loans, the state options apply: the Florida 60-day grace period or the Alabama repayment plan, both requested before the due date.
Getting a title or item back
- Title loan / title pawn: pay principal plus the current period charge in store. The title and a lien release are handed back the same day.
- Pawn loan: pay principal plus the period charge and show your ID; the item is returned at the counter. Only the person on the ticket can redeem.
Partial payments
Accepted on every loan. On title and pawn loans a partial payment reduces principal, which lowers every future period charge. On monthly loans a partial payment is applied to interest first, then principal; the scheduled payment is still due on its date unless a plan is set up.
Call the store before the due date. A moved payment isn't reported and carries no fee. A missed one may.
