Do I keep my car?
Yes. You keep and drive the vehicle for the full term. We hold only the title, and it's handed back in store with a lien release the day the loan is paid in full.
How much can I borrow?
$500 to $5,000, up to about 50% of the vehicle's wholesale value. The offer is set at a 10-minute inspection.
Is there a credit check or income check?
Neither. The loan is secured by the vehicle. We confirm the title is lien-free and in your name.
What does it cost?
25% of the amount per 30-day period. In Georgia the charge drops to 12.5% per period after the third period. Paying down principal reduces every future charge.
Can I get a title loan on a financed car?
No. The title must be lien-free. If you're still paying off the car, an installment loan → is the option.
What happens if I can't repay?
You can renew by paying the charge, or pay down principal. If a loan goes unpaid, we send written notice and a 30-day right to cure before any repossession. Details →
Why is it called a title pawn in Georgia?
Georgia regulates vehicle-secured loans under its pawn statute, so the legal name is title pawn. It works the same way: you keep the car, we hold the title.
